The ideal candidate is passionate about employee experience, talent development, organizational effectiveness, and building strong relationships with leaders while also leading end-to-end hiring processes for technical and business roles when required.\nAdvanced or Native-level English proficiency is essential, as this position partners daily with U.S.-based leaders, employees, candidates, and cross-functional teams in a global environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nPeople Care & HR Business Partnership (Primary Focus)\nServe as the primary HR partner for employees, managers, Directors, and business leaders across assigned practices.\nBuild trusted relationships with leadership to support business objectives, workforce planning, and people strategies.\nManage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement, performance management, career development, internal mobility, and offboarding.\nConduct regular one-on-one check-ins with employees to promote engagement, identify concerns, and improve retention.\nAdvise managers on employee relations, coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and best HR practices.\nSupport organizational changes, promotions, compensation adjustments, internal transfers, and workforce planning initiatives.\nCoordinate and facilitate performance review cycles and development planning.\nDrive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen culture, collaboration, recognition, and retention.\nMonitor HR metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, and organizational trends, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and HR processes across Latin America.\nMaintain accurate HR documentation and employee records while ensuring confidentiality.\nPartner with Finance, Operations, Payroll, and leadership teams to support people operations and continuous process improvements.\nTalent Acquisition (Secondary Focus)\nManage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and corporate positions across Latin America.\nPartner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.\nSource candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.\nConduct HR and behavioral interviews in English.\nCoordinate interview processes with hiring managers and technical interviewers.\nEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.\nManage offer negotiations, hiring documentation, and onboarding coordination.\nMaintain recruiting pipelines, ATS records, and recruitment metrics.\nDevelop proactive sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill positions.\nSupport employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.\nAdvanced or Native-level English proficiency (C1/C2) is required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, as this role interacts daily with U.S.-based leaders, employees, candidates, and cross-functional stakeholders.\n5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Business Partner, People Operations, or People Care roles.\n3+ years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably for IT or technology positions.\nExperience supporting employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning.\nProven experience partnering with senior leaders and managers in multinational organizations.\nExperience supporting remote and distributed teams across Latin America.\nStrong knowledge of HR best practices throughout the employee lifecycle.\nExperience using ATS platforms, HRIS systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.\nStrong analytical, organizational, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while balancing strategic initiatives with operational execution.\nHighly organized, proactive, empathetic, and results-oriented.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in consulting, technology, or professional services organizations.\nExperience recruiting technical and engineering talent.\nFamiliarity with U.S. business culture and global organizations.\nExperience supporting multicultural and remote teams.\nKnowledge of HR analytics, recruiting KPIs, and workforce planning.\nExperience leading employee engagement, retention, and organizational development initiatives.\nStrong project management and change management skills.\nWork Schedule\nShift: 8:00 AM -
