organization \nProtect the Intellectual Property \nAdhere to all the policies and procedures \nExplore the market best practices in the recruitment process and implement them appropriately in the organization \nWrite and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers and universities boards \nEnsure proper onboarding for the new employees for helping them settle in the organization \nEnsuring robust multiple sourcing channels for recruiting at various levels like Job Portals, Referral Programs, Campus Hiring and LinkedIn etc. \nScreening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce \nUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills \nConduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews \nProvide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers \nPrepare documentation ensuring legislation requirements are met \nMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hires \nMaintaining the recruitment MIS report \nCoordinate the interviews with the respective interviewer and obtain feedback \nIdentify gaps and possible improvement areas in the recruitment process and suggest changes \nWork in collaboration with the Operations team to ensure a smooth On-Boarding process \nResponsible for Manpower Vendor Management and Post Offer Management \nRecommend and evaluate recruitment strategies \nTrain and guide the Associates and Senior Associates \nUpdate the recruitment data in the weekly report \nMonitor and constantly reduce the costs of the recruitment process and increase overall effectiveness \nSets the social media communication strategy for different job profiles and functions in the organization \nBuilding a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies \nMeasuring employee satisfaction and identifying areas that require improvement \nMonitor, coach and develop the team by sharing knowledge and providing training as necessary \nFulfill a variety of operational tasks using appropriate proprietary application \nWork closely with management in various processes / projects to ensure communication and smooth implementation \n\n Essential Skills \n\nJob \n\nExperience in bulk recruitment and campus hiring (IT/non IT and SAP) \nProficiency in stakeholder management (internal and external) \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential \nMust be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills \nProficiency in customer relationship management is essential \n\nPersonal \n\nShould have understanding
