This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to clients while remaining actively engaged in solution design, configuration strategy, implementation delivery, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will combine deep Oracle Cloud Payroll expertise with strong consulting, delivery management, and business development capabilities.\nOracle Cloud HCM Payroll Director Responsibilities\nLead Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations and transformation programs from strategy through deployment and stabilization\nServe as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, guiding business process transformation and Oracle Cloud adoption\nLead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design discussions to define future-state business processes\nProvide subject matter expertise in Oracle Cloud Payroll and related HCM modules\nMaintain hands-on involvement in solution architecture, configuration design, testing strategy, issue resolution, and deployment activities\nConduct solution reviews and provide guidance on complex payroll, compliance, integration, and reporting requirements\nDrive fit-gap assessments and recommend scalable solutions aligned with Oracle leading practices\nOversee testing, cutover planning, deployment activities, and post-production support strategies\nReview and guide integration designs, data conversion activities, reconciliation processes, and payroll validation efforts\nLead project teams consisting of onshore and offshore consultants while ensuring delivery quality and project success\nManage project financials, resource planning, risk management, scope control, and client expectations\nProvide executive-level status reporting and facilitate issue resolution across stakeholder groups\nMentor and develop consultants, senior consultants, and managers within the HCM practice\nSupport practice growth through solution development, methodology enhancements, recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing\nParticipate in business development activities including proposal development, client presentations, solution demonstrations, and pursuit support\nMaintain knowledge of Oracle Cloud innovations, payroll regulations, industry trends, and consulting best practices\nOracle Cloud HCM Payroll Director Requirements\n10+ years of consulting experience with Oracle HCM solutions\nExtensive hands-on experience implementing Oracle Cloud Payroll\nProven experience leading multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations from planning and design through go-live and hypercare\nExperience serving as Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, Project Lead, or Program Lead on large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations\nAbility to engage senior business leaders and communicate complex concepts through effective storytelling and solution presentations\nStrong expertise in payroll processes, payroll operations, compliance considerations, and Oracle leading practices\nDemonstrated ability to design scalable business solutions while remaining hands-on in implementation activities\nExperience managing project financials, staffing plans, delivery quality, and client relationships\nProven leadership experience managing and mentoring consulting teams\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-design capabilities\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills\nExperience supporting business development, proposal responses, and client pursuits\nAbility to adapt quickly, lead through ambiguity, and drive successful client
