Job responsibilities

  • Production Support: Serve as the main contact for SAP Analytics related production issues. Identify, analyze, and address incidents to reduce downtime and business impact
  • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Provide hands-on support for critical production issues related to SAP Analytics technologies
  • Collaboration with Other Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as SAP Basis, SAP Functional consultants, and Solution Delivery, to resolve issues and implement minor changes
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform root cause analysis for recurring production issues and recommend or implement preventive measures to avoid future incidents
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain detailed documentation for issue resolutions, processes, and system configurations

Required qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP support, with a strong focus on production support in a live environment
  • A minimum of 3 years of Experience with developing and customizing CDS views
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • SAP Datasphere expertise a plus
  • SAP Business Warehouse experience a plus
  • Experience navigating within SAP S/4 HANA and SAP Fiori
  • Good understanding of SAP business process, modules and data across Finance, Sales, Manufacturing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage high-pressure situations in a production environment
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement long-term solutions
