channels for recruiting at various levels like Job Portals, Referral Programs, Campus Hiring and LinkedIn etc. \nScreening the best talent from the available pool to ensure presence of quality workforce\nUse recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates’ skills \nConduct phone, Skype and/or in-person interviews \nProvide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers \nPrepare documentation ensuring legislation requirements are met \nMaintain a complete record of interviews and new hires \nStay up-to-date with current recruiting methods \nOptimizing the recruitment costs in line with predefined budgets\nIdentify, empanel and periodically evaluate recruitment consultants / Manpower Vendors \n\nEssential Skills \n\nJob \n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essential \nMust be dynamic, flexible and possess perseverance skills \nMust have proficiency in customer relationship management \nMust be able to organize and facilitate the
