Administrator to join the Tech Strategy &\nEnablement area to support the Technology Business Management function. No part of this document may be reproduced, published, or used without the permission of The Hartford.\nKey Responsibilities\nApptio Cost Transparency -Configuration and maintenance\nProvide day to day operational support for the Apptio platform including production\noversight, root cause analytical support and analysis/communication of vendor\nreleases.\nDeliver prioritized Apptio reporting data sources and UI enhancements and\ncapabilities for the Apptio Platform working closely with the persistent team and\nbusiness community.\nAssist broader team with design, implementation, and rollout for Infrastructure,\nServices and Business Units across the CIO organization, leveraging cost and outlook\ndata consumed by Apptio.\nBe the Apptio TBM subject matter expert, owning model design, configuration,\nallocations, and reporting.\nApptio Platform Administration:\nConfigure and maintain Apptio modules (ApptioOne - Cost Transparency,\nCapitalization etc).\nDevelop and update cost models, dashboards, and reporting tools in compliance\nwith TBM taxonomy, internal financial policies and organizational standards.\nData Integration & Analysis\nManage data ingestion from GL, CMDB, asset management, cloud platforms, vendor\nfeeds, and insurance-specific systems.\nPerform variance analysis, trend analysis for technology spend.\nRequired Skills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in any of the disciplines - finance, accounting, economics, business,\nengineering or a similar discipline with analytical bias.\nApptio TBM Certification (Apptio Certified Practitioner for ApptioOne).\n4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Apptio TBM / Cost Transparency with proficiency in\ndata modeling, integration, and reporting\nStrong financial acumen and understanding of IT financial management, including\nCapEx/OpEx, depreciation, and allocations\nPreferred Skills & Experience\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) supporting insurance workloads.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Rally, Clarity, and TM1.\nExperience with agile methodology and frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, etc.\nStrong proficiency with Excel & complex financial modeling required (macros, index,\nconditional list, arrays, pivots, lookups).© 2025 The Hartford.
