delivering high-quality configurations, integrations, and enhancements\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and configure PolicyCenter components including Gosu, PCFs, Rules, Data Model, Product Model, and Workflows.\nBuild and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Messaging, and Integration Framework.\nCollaborate with business, architecture, QA, and product teams to deliver solutions.\nParticipate in solution design, code reviews, testing, and production support.\nTroubleshoot application and performance issues.\nSupport Guidewire upgrades, cloud migrations, and modernization initiatives.\nMentor junior team members and promote engineering best practices.\nLeverage AI tools for faster development cycle\nRequired Skills\n3-12 years of Guidewire PolicyCenter development experience.\nStrong knowledge of GOSU, PCFs, Rules, Data Model, Product Model, and Workflows.\nExperience with REST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, Messaging, and integrations.\nKnowledge of SQL, debugging, and performance tuning.\nGood understanding of the P&C Insurance Policy Lifecycle.\nFamiliarity with Agile and DevOps practices.\nPreferred Skills\nGuidewire Certification (Associate/ACE).\nExperience with Guidewire Cloud Platform.\nExposure to ClaimCenter, APD, Jutro, and InsuranceSuite ecosystem.\nExperience with Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Datadog and CI/CD pipelines.\nKnowledge of cloud migration and insurance modernization programs.\nExperience Expectations\n3-5 Years: Develop configurations, integrations, and support releases independently.\n6-8
