Join our team as we help shape the future.\nPosition Overview\nThe Cloud Services team is seeking a Senior Cloud Reliability Engineer to help design, operate, and continuously improve Cloud API Hosting Platforms a large-scale, multi-cloud platform environment (AWS & GCP skills preferred).\nThis team is responsible for the engineering, reliability, and governance of 200+ cloud services supporting critical business workloads. The role blends hands-on technical delivery with platform strategy, reliability standards, and automation at scale.\nYou will work closely with global engineering, security, and infrastructure teams, including senior leadership, to ensure Cloud API Hosting Platforms are secure, resilient, observable, and cost-effective.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssists in the development, maintenance and operations of IT services across 200+ infra services across our Cloud transformation landscape.\nDevelop solutions and drive adoption of enterprise solutions such as Cyber Protection, Disaster Recovery, and Security enhancements, across Line of business teams.\nDrive improvement, through automation, of software delivered as a service from an efficiency and simplicity perspective.\nProvide clear operational documents and construction/support specifications to IT userbase.\nProvide insight into operational Metrics across the entire Cloud Environment.\nConsult with customers on any new requirements, design questions or functionality configurations for environments on and off premise\nDeliver the tooling and capabilities needed to enable cloud compliance, metrics, reporting and cost management roadmap and strategy.\nParticipate in incident resolution and change implementation as necessary.
