This role requires deep expertise in GenAI, hands-on experience with Vertex AI, and strong knowledge of GCP services such as Cloud Run, ECS, and Vertex AI Search Engine. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with enterprise architecture and business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Solution Development and Delivery\nDesign and implement Agentic AI solutions using Google ADK, LangGraph/Langchain and Agent Engine.\nBuild and deploy AI models leveraging Vertex AI capabilities (e.g., Model Garden, AutoML, Generative AI APIs).\nIntegrate AI agents with enterprise applications and workflows for automation and decision-making.\nDevelop scalable and secure AI services using Cloud Run, ECS, and other GCP components.\nOptimize AI pipelines for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability.\nInnovation and Strategy\nDrive adoption of GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks across business units.\nConduct proof-of-concepts (POCs) for emerging AI technologies and frameworks.\nCollaborate with enterprise architects to ensure AI solutions align with technology strategy and reference architectures.\nStay current with AI trends, frameworks, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.\nCollaboration and Enablement\nWork closely with data scientists, architects, and product teams to deliver AI-driven business capabilities.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on AI development practices.\nDocument AI solution architectures, patterns, and reusable components.\nExpected Results\nDelivered production-grade Agentic AI solutions aligned with enterprise strategy.\nSuccessfully integrated AI agents into business or technical workflows for automation and enhanced decision-making.\nImproved operational efficiency and customer experience through AI-driven innovation.\nEstablished reusable AI patterns and best practices for enterprise adoption.\nRequired Skills\nExperience: 2 to 4 years in Software Engineering, with at least 2+ years in GenAI and Agentic AI development.\nProject Delivery: Must have delivered at least one GenAI or Agentic AI project end-to-end.\nStrong proficiency in Google ADK, LangGraph/Langchain, Agent Engine, and Vertex AI.\nHands-on experience with GCP services: Cloud Run, ECS, Vertex AI Search Engine, IAM, and networking.\nSolid understanding of GenAI patterns, LLM fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.\nProgramming Skills: Python, Java, or similar languages for AI development.\nStrong
