performance.\nParticipate in code reviews, design reviews, testing, and deployment processes.\nEnsure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.\nInspire, advise, and drive the selection of development approaches.\nParticipate in technical discussions with other teams/departments.\nCommunicate with the Engineering Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, and Scrum principles, coding standards, and modern architecture.\nExperience working on diverse projects with varying technologies, products, and systems.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical technical decisions.\nAbility to guide and mentor other team members.\nStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.\nPragmatic and collaborative team player.\nExperience with Databricks, data pipelines, and CI/CD.\nProficiency in Python, SQL, and big data technologies in cloud environments.\nPragmatic and collaborative team
