This unique role combines bookkeeping expertise, customer support, and customer-facing product consulting. The ideal candidate is an experienced bookkeeping or accounting professional who enjoys working directly with customers, explaining accounting concepts, troubleshooting financial and system-related issues, and guiding clients through successful implementation and use of our platform. This is not a sales role; rather, you will serve as the accounting subject matter expert, helping prospects and customers understand, adopt, and maximize the value of our main software.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSales & Demo Support\nJoin product demonstrations alongside our Account Executives.\nServe as the bookkeeping and accounting subject matter expert during customer meetings.\nAnswer accounting, reconciliation, and workflow-related questions from prospects.\nHelp prospects understand how to solve their accounting and operational challenges.\nCustomer Support\nAssist customers with troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.\nInvestigate accounting discrepancies and reconciliation challenges.\nWork closely with our Product and Engineering teams to resolve complex customer questions.\nProvide clear and professional communication to customers.\nCustomer Success & Training\nHelp onboard and train new customers.\nGuide customers on accounting best practices and workflow optimization.\nCreate and maintain support documentation and knowledge base content.\nProvide feedback to our Product team based on customer needs and requests.\nPerform other duties related to the position as assigned.\nQualifications & Requirements:\nProficient level of English (written and spoken).\nExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, allowing for effective collaboration with clients, vendors, and teammates.\n3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or financial operations experience.\nStrong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping best practices.\nExperience with QuickBooks Online.\nAbility to explain complex accounting concepts in a simple, customer-friendly way.\nComfortable working directly with customers in meetings and support interactions.\nEcommerce accounting experience is preferred. \n Experience working with Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, or marketplace sellers is preferred.\nExperience in customer support, consulting, implementation, or training roles is preferred.\nFamiliarity with software integrations and data troubleshooting is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).\nOut-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident approach.\nPositive attitude and the ability to learn and adapt quickly.\nAbility to understand and follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.\nAbility to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.\nInterested in long-term career
