independently in a fast-paced environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\n Answer incoming calls and assist caregivers with general HR questions and concerns.\n\n Provide HHAeX+ mobile application support, including registration, login issues, activation codes, and troubleshooting.\n\n Assist caregivers with clock-in/clock-out issues and application navigation.\n\n Route inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.\n\n Follow up with caregivers to resolve outstanding issues.\n\n Maintain accurate documentation and notes of caregiver interactions.\n\n Support basic HR administrative and occasional compliance-related tasks as needed.\n\n Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.\n\nQualifications & Requirements:\nProficient level of English (written and spoken).\n\n Strong communication and customer service skills.\n\nComfortable handling a high volume of incoming calls.\n\nPrevious call center, customer service, or HR experience preferred.\n\nEffective troubleshooting skills and the ability to navigate multiple software systems.\n\nHHAeX or home care experience is a plus, but not required.\n\nTech savvy, resourceful, accountable, with a strong sense
