Responsibilities:Operations Management:\nAssist in managing daily company operations and workflow.\n\nCoordinate communication between customers, technicians, suppliers, and office staff.\n\nImprove operational processes and efficiency.\n\nCustomer Communication & Scheduling:\nAnswer customer calls and gather service request details.\n\nSchedule service appointments.\n\nProvide customers with job status updates.\n\nTechnician Coordination:\nManage technician schedules and daily assignments.\n\nSupport technicians with job-related issues.\n\nEnsure technicians have the necessary information and materials.\n\nPurchasing & Administrative Support:\nOrder materials and parts.\n\nCoordinate with suppliers.\n\nAssist with warranty-related parts and claims.\n\nBilling & Systems Management:\nCreate
