This role partners closely with the Compliance/Profiling team to ensure every waste stream is profiled, approved, and set up before service is scheduled, while also supporting all Customer Program Coordinator functions and responsibilities.\nEssential Functions\nEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.\nCoordinate and schedule hazardous, bulk industrial, and multi-part waste stream services\nVerify waste streams are profiled, approved, and set up in the system before services are scheduled\nPartner with the Compliance/Profiling team to resolve profile gaps, expirations, and recertifications\nConfirm required service documentation (manifests, bills of lading, labels) is in place ahead of service\nCoordinate multi-vendor services, including transportation, containers, and disposal facility approvals\nWork with vendors and transporters on equipment, capacity, and lead-time requirements\nTrack scheduled services through completion and follow up on missed, delayed, or rejected loads\nAnalyze scheduling and waste stream data to identify trends, exceptions, and service risks\nPerform data audits on waste stream, scheduling, and service records\nPrepare and distribute scheduling and waste stream reports\nMaintain high data integrity standards\nSupport process improvement and scheduling automation initiatives\nMaintain contact, vendor, and waste stream information\nSupport monthly team operations\nCoordinate and follow up on customer work orders and appropriate documentation\nUpload and maintain customer program data\nRespond to internal/external inquiries\nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.\nEducation Qualifications\nRequired High School or Equivalent \nExperience Qualifications\nRequired 3+ years Customer Service or administrative support role; Environmental industry a plus \nRequired 1+ years Experience scheduling or coordinating hazardous or industrial waste services \nPreferred 1+ years Experience with data audits and analyzing data \nSkills and Abilities\nStrong analytical skills with ability to focus on details \nWorking knowledge of waste profiles, waste classification, and shipping documentation preferred \nDOT Hazardous Materials and RCRA training certified, or ability to obtain within 90 days \nPossess time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities \nAbility to work collaboratively across teams, especially Compliance/Profiling and Operations \nEffective professional communication and relationship building skills \nRegular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. \nStrong organizational and time management skills \nProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint);
