This role demands project management partnership, effective communication, and organizational skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes in alignment with business goals and IT strategy.\nEssential Functions\nManage full project lifecycle from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.\nDefine project scope, goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.\nProactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues.\nMonitor project performance, manage changes in scope and priorities, and ensure deliverables meet agreed-upon quality standards.\nDeliver regular project updates, dashboards, and to stakeholders.\nEnsure all projects adhere to governance, compliance, and security requirements.\nFacilitate Agile ceremonies as appropriate, promoting continuous improvement.\nSupport organizational change management to implement technology adoption and process improvements.\nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.\nEducation Qualifications High School or Equivalent \nRequired Bachelor's Degree Information Technology, Business Management, or other related fields \nExperience Qualifications\nRequired 3+ years Technology-related project management \nRequired 1+ years Agile framework and scrum methodology in a development environment \nRequired 1+ years Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence \nRequired 3+ years Project management \nRequired 1+ years Gathering requirements and drafting user stories \nSkills and Abilities\nProficiency with project management tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet). \nKnowledge of project management frameworks, including Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies. \nDemonstrated experience managing software development and enterprise system implementation projects. \nStrong ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships with stakeholder groups. \nEffective problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills. \nStrong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills. \nAbility to manage competing priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment. \nLicenses
