We believe in creating enduring value, building long-term relationships and mutual trust, betting on our people, keeping our eyes open for opportunity, tackling the big problems, and doing the right thing-always.\nThe Onsite Shift Supervisor is responsible to supervise, coordinate, and support the daily operations and ensure safe and efficient operation of onsite by-product management system/set-up at the facility; assist with the development and implementation of solutions with processes and logistics for onsite waste and recycling processes; maintain effective and professional daily interaction with client associates and their daily service requests; other projects as designated by Program Manager to ensure close client relationships (including management).\nEssential Functions\nEnsures Health & Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.\nWill report to the Onsite Program Manager. Works closely with other personnel to ensure proper operations of equipment are maintained.\nTroubleshoots and problem solves to maintain a high standard of safety and production.\nConduct daily operational and equipment inspections.\nOversee daily operations for sorting/handling/processing of plant by-products.\nOversee the safe and efficient operation of employees assigned to operation.\nDaily completion of waste-tracking forms and activity reports.\nProfessional interaction with supplier subcontractors working for Envita Solutions.\nProfessional interaction with ALL members of client's workforce.\nAssist with implementation of new processes (including training/auditing of assigned employees).\nEffective communication with both client and Envita team.\nProvide assistance/education to client's employees on aspects of waste/reuse/recycling programs\nAssist Program with MRO and business development opportunities (as assigned by manager).\nAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.\nEducation QualificationsRequired High School or Equivalent \nExperience Qualifications\nPreferred 1+ years Supervisor experience in a manufacturing/distribution/recycling facility \nSkills and Abilities\nThis is a safety sensitive position. \nThe ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is an essential function. \nBasic business writing and computer skills are necessary. \nMust have strong communication and relationship building skills. \nBilingual (English/Spanish) beneficial. \nAbility to prioritize multiple projects/responsibilities for completion. \nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration
