You will provide technical expertise in electrical, controls, and instrumentation systems while driving process improvements, cybersecurity initiatives, compliance, and operational excellence. Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, and Capital Project teams, you will support day-to-day operations and lead projects that enhance performance, productivity, and future growth.\nWhat will you do?\nProvide technical support for electrical, controls, and instrumentation systems to improve equipment reliability and manufacturing performance.\nInvestigate equipment and control system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive solutions.\nDevelop and maintain industrial control network architecture and cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and security policies.\nConduct operational testing and validation activities to improve production efficiency, quality, and process performance.\nManage calibration programs and ensure compliance with critical control point (CCP) and regulatory requirements.\nLead assigned capital projects from concept development through commissioning, startup, and handover.\nDevelop user requirement specifications (URS), support equipment procurement activities, and coordinate FAT, SAT, installation, and commissioning processes.\nCollaborate with internal stakeholders, Center of Excellence (COE) teams, and external vendors to deliver project objectives.\nSupport new product initiatives by evaluating and recommending electrical, controls, and instrumentation solutions.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement opportunities that increase efficiency, reliability, and cost savings.\nStay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to support future manufacturing innovation.\nMinimum Requirements\nExperience:\nMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in technical support, controls engineering, and project management within food, confectionery, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar manufacturing environments.\nExperience supporting processing and packaging equipment within a GMP manufacturing environment.\nStrong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems, including PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and industrial networks.\nHands-on experience with Rockwell and Siemens PLC platforms, process instrumentation, Ethernet networks, OPC/Kepware technologies, and manufacturing control systems.\nExperience managing capital projects, equipment commissioning, startup activities, and cross-functional project teams.\nKnowledge of industrial cybersecurity practices and manufacturing system integration.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally as required.\nEducation:\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical
