This role combines technical expertise, automation, incident management, and team leadership to improve the security and reliability of our endpoint environment.\n2+ years of hands-on experience engineering and administering Tanium or a comparable enterprise endpoint management platform, such as SCCM/MECM, Intune, or BigFix.\nStrong knowledge of Windows and Linux desktop and server operating systems, including troubleshooting agents, patching, and configuration issues at scale.\nWorking knowledge of Azure and/or GCP, including supporting servers, containers, and endpoint agents in cloud-hosted environments.\nExperience automating endpoint operations, including patching, software deployment, and remediation, using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or platform-native automation.\nExperience leading major incident calls, driving technical triage and resolution, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting root-cause analysis.\nAbility to leverage AI tools to improve areas such as scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and operational efficiency while maintaining appropriate data protection and accuracy.\nPrevious experience leading, coaching, or mentoring team members is preferred.\nKey Responsibilities:\n100% Deliver Execution, Plans & Aligns, Develop Others - Collaborate across teams to reduce vulnerabilities, risks and incident management; Drive execution of solution delivery; Guide teams in strategy, alignment, analysis and execution to ensure priorities objectives/deliverable are met; Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching to direct reports\nDirect Manager/Direct Reports:\nThis position typically reports to Sr. Manager or Director\nThis position has 6-10 Direct Reports\nTravel Requirements:\nNo travel required.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.\nWorking Conditions:\nLocated in a comfortable indoor area.
