Develop Dashboards and reporting for leader and client decision making. Provide Data sources to inform and educate clients and business leaders.\n40% - Provide complex analysis of hourly payroll and relatedbusiness data and processes - Identify trends and determine root cause of labor issues utilizing data sources, reporting, dashboards to provide insights to client groups and business leaders. Determine root cause of problems and provide solutions to drive effective business decisions. Execute moderately complex analysis of hourly payroll trends.\n20% - Support existing analytical tools and dashboards for process improvement - Identify improvement opportunities to simplify processes, reduce issues and provide value to client groups and leaders. Continually develop technical competencies and subject matter expertise.\nDirect Manager/Direct Reports:\nThis Position typically reports to the Data Analytics Manager- Labor\nThis Position has up to 0 Direct Reports\nTravel Requirements:\nTypically requires overnight travel less than 5% of the time.\nPhysical Requirements:\nFrequent periods are spent standing or sitting in the same location with some opportunity to move about; occasionally there may be a need to stoop or lift light objects (typically less than 8 pounds).\nWorking Conditions:\nLocated in a comfortable indoor area.
