This role is essential to optimizing item data integrity and driving data-informed decision-making across the enterprise, merging technical engineering excellence with a business-first mindset.\nResponsibilities:\nArchitect and maintain sophisticated, scalable schemas that support complex product analysis, ensuring consistency across the catalog and disparate channels.\nBuild and automate robust ETL workflows that apply rigorous validation to ensure high data integrity.\nDevelop advanced dashboards and self-service reporting tools that translate multidimensional item data into clear, visual narratives for executive and operational stakeholders.\nPartner with site experience and merchandising teams to identify data opportunities and optimal communication networks to deliver predictive insights that support performance and lifecycle management.\nKey Responsibilities:\n30% Define, plan and implement solutions on assigned moderately complex projects.\n25% Take business requirements and develop the total technical design on moderately complex projects and ensure proper usage as part of the design efforts in building a system to be put into production.\n20% Conduct appropriate test reviews for assigned projects and present to architecture review boards as necessary.\n15% Promote and follow the established processes, policies, standards and procedures to assure compliance with corporate and regulatory policies and standards.\n10% Provide technical direction to associate developers, developers and contractors.\nDirect Manager/Direct Reports:\nPosition reports to Manager, Online\nNo direct reports\nTravel Requirements:\nTypically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMost of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about.
