We’re at an exciting inflection point, expanding our capabilities in data, AI, and integration architecture, and actively building the team that will take us there.\nWhat You’ll Do\nServe as the senior architectural and strategic lead on client projects, from discovery through go-live\n\nLead business process design, solution architecture, and integration design in partnership with Technical Architects\n\nTake point with clients: drive discovery, construct proposals, present recommendations, and manage stakeholder relationships\n\nDevelop deep understanding of each client’s business, maintaining trusted advisor status across engagements\n\nContribute to scoping, estimation, and proposal development in partnership with sales and leadership\n\nHelp develop and refine Hunley’s delivery processes, standards, and architectural best practices\n\nMentor and guide consultants and junior architects on the team\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n5+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with demonstrated expertise in solution architecture\n\nStrong, confident client presence: able to lead discovery, navigate ambiguity, and communicate clearly with business and technical stakeholders at all levels\n\nExperience designing end-to-end solutions including integrations, data architecture, and process strategy\n\nSalesforce certifications required; Architect track certifications strongly preferred\n\nExperience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering & Construction), building products, or manufacturing industries is a significant plus\n\nComfortable in a boutique consulting environment: you own your engagements, contribute to process-building, and thrive without a large support infrastructure\n\nCollaborative, curious, and invested in the growth of the team and the company\n\nBonus Points\nHands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, or AI-adjacent solutions\n\nFamiliarity with integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato)\n\nExperience with TrebleHook or similar Salesforce OEM/ISV products\n\nBackground building repeatable delivery frameworks or practice standards\n\nWhy Hunley\n\nFully remote: Work from anywhere in the US.
