You will help organise editorial and commercial photo and video shoots from pre-production through to delivery, helping keep budgets, schedules, crew and logistics running smoothly.\nYou will work closely with photographers and creative teams, crew and suppliers to keep each production organised, on schedule and within budget.\nWhat you will do\nPrepare and manage production budgets, estimates and schedules\n\nCoordinate crew, freelancers, suppliers, locations, equipment, transport\n\nArrange travel and accommodation for creative teams\n\nManage full production from pre-production, location scouting, onset through to post production and wrap\n\nTrack costs, reconcile budgets and coordinate invoices and payments\n\nAbout you\nAt least 3 years experience in photographer, film or creative production\n\nExperience supporting commercial, editorial, fashion or luxury shoots\n\nStrong organisational and communication skills\n\nConfident managing budgets, schedules, and several projects at once\n\nExperienced in post production management\n\nCalm, practical and able to solve problems\n\nAvailable for occasional travel within Europe\n\nContract details\nStart Beginning October\n\nFull time fixed term based in London\n\nHybrid working x 4 per week in the office, with Friday WFH\n\nSalary 30K GBP per year with performance bonus\n\n20 days holiday plus bank holidays\n\nCompany health
