Your curiosity, analytical skills, and passion for driving solutions will lead to significant and meaningful impact toward our team's success.\nJob responsibilities\nLead and support end-to-end client onboarding and provide ongoing operational support to ensure a seamless experience and high client satisfaction across products and platforms. \nAddress client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, process fee structures accurately, and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery. \nReview and understand client fee agreementswhile interpretating fee terms and conditions in order to accurately build client fee structures \nCollaborate with Client Service Managers, Product Specialists, and Legal Contract Specialists to resolve operational or client challenges, drive process improvements, support project management, and align AM operations with industry best practice. \nLeverage automation technologies and data-driven insights to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and drive continuous improvement within the service center. \nMonitor Onboarding dashboards to identify and resolve rule breaks and execute calculation records within the team's expected timelines.\nImplement process and controls to detect and prevent inaccurate fee structures while protecting the organization’s financial and reputational interests.\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university\n2+ years’ experience in Finance, Accounting, or similar work experience\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. \nStrong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building productive relationships and driving collaborative solutions. \nProficiency in leveraging automation technologies and digital tools to improve operational efficiency and client experience. \nProven ability to apply strategic planning principles to optimize client operations and service center performance. \nExperience implementing process and controls to detect and mitigate risk. \nPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nAdvanced degree or certification a plus, MBA, CPA, or CFA\nExperience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to project management activities. \nStrong data and technology literacy, including the ability to analyze operational data, integrate AI/ML tools, and apply market product knowledge to align AM operations with business initiatives. \nStrong presentation skills, with the ability to communicate operational insights and recommendations to diverse audiences. \nExperience with fee agreement interpretation.\nKnowledge of the Asset and Wealth
