Leveraging deep technical fluency, modern delivery practices, and data-driven insights, you will enable iterative execution at scale, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure solutions are resilient, secure, and aligned to the firm’s strategic priorities.\nJob Responsibilities\nOwn strategy and portfolio execution for large-scale, multi-year transformation programs, ensuring alignment to organizational objectives, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes whilst establishlishing governance and operating cadence (OKRs/KPIs, executive steering, financial tracking, dependency management, and delivery transparency) to drive predictable execution across multiple workstreams.\nDevelop and drive integrated program plans across teams and vendors, including technical requirements, sequencing, resourcing, milestones, and cutover/rollout planning to enable on-time delivery and seamless integration with existing platforms.\nPartner with engineering, architecture, product, and business leadership to define scope, value case, and success metrics; identify opportunities to improve processes, digitalize workflows, and increase operational efficiency, and lead change and adoption at scale, sponsoring and executing change management strategies that build stakeholder alignment, accelerate adoption, and ensure sustained benefits realization.\nProactively manage risk, controls, and delivery health, identifying program-level risks and dependencies early, driving mitigation plans, and ensuring appropriate escalation and decision-making.\nProvide executive-level reporting and insights, using data visualization and concise narratives to communicate progress, risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior leadership.\nDrive stakeholder engagement and organizational alignment through executive workshops, communications, training approaches, and decision forums that enable clarity and momentum.\nBuild and lead high-performing teams, coaching program leaders and delivery partners, setting clear expectations, and fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation.\nStay current on industry trends and emerging technologies, translating best practices into pragmatic transformation approaches suited to the firm’s environment.\nDefines and enforces enterprise guardrails for AI-assisted and agentic workflows used in program governance and delivery routines, including control boundaries, traceability/auditability, and review/approval expectations aligned to resiliency and security standards.\nDrive experimentation and continuous learning, establishing lightweight pilots and feedback loops to evaluate agentic tools/agents, measure impact, and scale what works in partnership with engineering, architecture, product, and control stakeholders.\nSets enterprise strategy for reuse-first adoption of enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning, risk synthesis, and executive reporting, with human-in-the-loop validation and appropriate handling of sensitive data. Maintain current awareness of emerging agentic tools/agents and patterns, translating new capabilities into practical, governed use cases across Employee Platforms (e.g., delivery automation, portfolio insights, risk identification, and stakeholder communications).\n\nRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills\nFormal training or certification on technical program management concepts and advanced applied experience in technology program/portfolio leadership within a large, complex organization, with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale outcomes.\nDemonstrated leadership of large-scale transformation programs spanning multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders, including end-to-end delivery, adoption, and benefits realization.\nStrong strategic and analytical capability to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement data-driven delivery and operating metrics.\nDeep expertise in risk identification, mitigation, dependency management, and contingency planning for complex initiatives.\nProven ability to drive technology adoption and operating model change, ensuring sustainable integration into business-as-usual practices.\nStrong people leadership and talent development capabilities, including coaching, influence, and cross-functional team leadership.
