The role involves embedded firmware and system software validation for Mark VIe platforms. The candidate will work with a global, cross-functional team to validate, integrate, debug, and improve advanced control platform software used across various power generation applications.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Coordinate and perform integration, validation, and debugging of system software.\n\n- Develop and maintain system-level test setups and validation environments.\n\n- Validate integrated firmware and system software against product architecture and design requirements.\n\n- Create validation plans and develop, automate, and execute test cases.\n\n- Analyze test failures, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.\n\n- Manage bug identification, tracking, debugging, and closure throughout the bug life cycle.\n\n- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using C#, SpecFlow, and Gherkin.\n\n- Collaborate with firmware developers, system architects, program managers, and component development teams.\n\n- Improve test coverage, test automation, and validation efficiency.\n\n- Work closely with technicians to maintain and enhance validation environments.\n\n- Coordinate with sourcing teams for the procurement of required hardware and software.\n\n- Ensure systematic issue resolution and contribute to continuous product and release improvements.\n\nRequired Skills:\n\n- 3+ years of experience in software testing, validation, and test script development.\n\n- Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing and validation.\n\n- Hands-on experience in developing and executing test scripts.\n\n- Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio.\n\n- Working knowledge of C#, SpecFlow, and Gherkin.\n\n- Good understanding of the Bug Life Cycle.\n\n- Knowledge of defect tracking tools;
