This role owns drink execution, bar presentation, and guest interaction, delivering the same standard of hospitality and craft members expect throughout the club.\nThe ideal candidate is a confident mixologist with a genuine passion for hospitality, comfortable building relationships with members while maintaining a fast, clean, well-organized bar.\nKey Responsibilities\nBar Service\nPrepare classic and signature cocktails, wine, and beverage orders to recipe and presentation standards.\nMaintain a clean, organized, fully stocked bar throughout service.\nManage pacing and multitasking during high-volume periods without sacrificing quality.\nCoordinate with servers and the kitchen to ensure smooth beverage timing.\nMember & Guest Experience\nBuild genuine rapport with members, learning their preferences and favorite orders.\nOffer informed recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits.\nHandle member and guest concerns with warmth and discretion.\nRepresent The June's tone and standards at the bar, often the most visible seat in the house.\nOperational Support\nMaintain accurate POS entries, tabs, and payment handling.\nMonitor and report inventory, par levels, and ordering needs for bar supplies.\nUphold all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including responsible service practices.\nSupport bar opening and closing procedures.\nRequirements\nWho You Are\nPersonable, confident, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people.\nDetail-oriented, with a strong sense of presentation and craft.\nCalm and efficient under pressure during busy periods.\nDiscreet and professional in a private club setting.\nQualifications\n2+ years of bartending experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or private club environments preferred.\nStrong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and wine.\nComfortable with POS systems and standard bar software.\nCurrent alcohol service certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the service schedule.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience within a private membership club or upscale hospitality brand.\nCraft cocktail or mixology
