assigned.\nOrally communicate with store personnel regarding the proper use of equipment as it relates to repeat calls and overtime.\nUtilize company email system to send and receive messages.\nProperly complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion.\nComply with all department and company policies and procedures.\nPhysical demands include, but are not limited to, high aptitude for standing and walking endurance, sitting while driving to various stores, lifting and carrying up to 70 pounds, pushing and pulling climbing ladders of various types, bending, squatting, and kneeling, and working in different temperatures inside and outside the store.\nAbility to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.\nAbility to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.\nAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.\nAbility to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.\nProvide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and/or older adults.\nMust be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.\n Experience reading schematics\nVocational school education\nEPA Type 1 Certification\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nMust hold and maintain a valid drivers license\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays and overtime when
