solving through collaborative scheduling efforts\nCommunicate with the customer and COE to resolve any delivery problems or challenges\nManage the condition of all delivery equipment and ensure to remove any barriers for your team and site\nCoach the team on delivery protocol (doorstep dialog) and methods to be effective in their roles\nMaintain a record of coaching activity and follow up to drive continuous improvement of individual and team results \nCommunicate with fellow supervisors and management on all activities related to daily operations and aligning the business, people and safety practices to achieve key metrics\nMaintain high standards of professionalism and a positive work environment\nCreate a responsive and informed workforce through communication methods that include, but not limited to, regular meetings and huddles\nSupervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct
