accurately.\nProcess third party insurance information for customers.\nContact insurance companies on the behalf of the customers, if necessary\nFacilitate charge purchases for customers.\nAccept and interpret oral and written prescriptions accurately for fill/refill.\nClean the department.\nProvide immunizations under the supervision of the pharmacist\nCompare and check incoming orders.\nStock incoming orders properly.\nReturn unused medication stock bottles to stock.\nNotify management of customer or employee accidents.\nNotify pharmacist on duty if they are made aware of a prescription incident.\nReport all safety risk, or issues, and illegal activity, including: robbery, theft or fraud.\nAbility to work cooperatively in high paced and sometimes stressful environment.\nAbility to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational and cooperative manner.\nAbility to act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information.\nAbility to follow directions and seek assistance when necessary to resolve customer and business issues.\nProvide support and assistance through direct interaction with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.\nMust
