financial training\nAbility to use spreadsheets, word-processing and database programs\nRefrigerant management software knowledge\nCommunicate effectively with management\nStrong presentation and writing skills\nDesired\nTechnician supervisor, advanced refrigeration technician, maintenance engineer, or maintenance manager
