Lux Collective is recruiting\nfor the position of Guest System Administrator at its Head Office\nin Tribeca, Trianon.\n\nThe incumbent will be responsible to:\nAdminister\nand maintain OPERA PMS, ensuring accurate system setup and daily operation. \n Manage\nrates, rate codes, packages, restrictions, and availability within OPERA. \n Maintain\nand update room inventory, room types, rate availability, and related system\nconfigurations.\n Create\nand maintain Travel Agent, Company, and other business profiles, ensuring data\naccuracy and avoiding duplicate profiles. \n Support\nthe Reservations/Front Office teams with OPERA-related issues and system\nqueries. \n Monitor\nsystem data quality and ensure correct mapping of rates, market segments,\nsources, room types, and profiles. \n Coordinate\nwith Revenue Management on rate and inventory changes. \n Assist\nwith testing and implementation of new rates, packages, room types, and system\nconfigurations. \n Ensure\nproper documentation of system changes and procedures. \n Schedule\nand maintain recurring OPERA/BI reports. \n Create,\nmodify, and distribute operational reports according to agreed schedules. \n Assist\nwith the creation and maintenance of Travel Agent and Company profiles required\nfor reporting and business intelligence purposes.\n Ensure\nconsistency and accuracy of profile, segment, source, and market-related data. \n Support\nthe BI Manager with data validation and reporting requirements.\n Investigate\ndiscrepancies between OPERA data and BI reports. \nAssist\nwith standardisation and\ncleanup of master data.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTertiary\nEducation at Diploma Level in Management, Tourism or any other related to a\nrecognized institution or equivalent qualifications.\n\nPREVIOUS\nPERFORMANCE\nNo\nprior experience required.\n\nOTHER\nREQUIREMENTS\nPassionate about service. \nHigh levels of integrity and\nconfidentiality. \nA keen eye for detail. \nProactive, dynamic, flexible, and\nprofessional attitude with interpersonal skills.. \nSound knowledge of Microsoft Excel. \nGood attention to detail and data-quality\nmindset. \nAbility to troubleshoot system and\nreporting issues. \nExperience with report scheduling and\ndistribution. \nBasic understanding of Power BI / BI\nreporting would be a strong advantage. \nGood verbal and written communication\nskills in both English and French languages. \nWillingness to work during odd hours on\nweekdays when required. \nA clean certificate of character is
