The intern will assist the Hospitality department with a wide-range of responsibilities during our program. This internship will appeal to proactive and self-motivated students with a genuine desire to learn about the real estate business and industry. During the internship, you will work on real projects and have real responsibilities! Michaels aims to help candidates build strengths, gain skills that can be transferred to any workplace, and stand out from the crowd!\nWork Schedule:\nMonday through Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM for a total of 35 hours\nBased out of our Camden, NJ headquarters (5x a week)\nHighlights of the Building Engineer internship include:\nLearning from our more experienced team members and best-in-class leaders in the High-Rise building field\nParticipating in company-wide and departmental meeting and events and a variety of social, professional and networking opportunities.\nHands on experience with the building components that manage the HV/AC, Lutron shades and lighting, CCure system\nResponsibilities\nAssist with organizing and maintaining all building systems\nAssist with creating a Preventive Maintenance Schedule\nAssist with responding to service calls in all areas of the building\nCLICK HERE to hear from last years' interns on their experiences!\nQualifications\nStudebts currently enrolled in their 2nd or 3rd year of a relevant undergraduate program; Architectural Engineering field of study preferred\nPrevious success reviewing blueprints and analyzing data\nSalary Range Information\nThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the targeted base salary for the position.
