The role provides specialist sales support services including customer service, quoting and administration, licensing renewals, ensuring prompt and efficient procurement of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.\nKey Responsibilities\nCollaborate with the sales team to understand their requirements and provide them with the necessary support \nHandle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service to support the sales process \nAssist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, presentations, and contracts for the Sales Team \nCoordinate with internal departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to gather relevant information for sales materials \nMaintain and update client databases, sales reports, and other relevant documentation \nReceive and process client orders and internal orders \nTrack orders through to delivery \nRequirements\n 1-2 years’ experience in sales support, executive administration, procurement, purchasing or a similar role\n Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively\n Proficiency in using relevant software applications, such as Microsoft Office\n Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously\n Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders\n Benefits\nA great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
