With 200+ team members and a culture built on inclusion, innovation, and impact, we offer a workplace where you are valued, challenged, and supported to grow.\nWe are THE MISSING LINK between where you are and where you want to be.\nRequirements\nThe Security Architect will work independently on large enterprise-scale projects, provide technical leadership, and peer review architecture and design documentation. Responsibilities will include:\nConsulting with clients to gather requirements, scope solutions and lead design workshops for Saviynt, SailPoint or Agentic Identity solutions.\nDesigning identity security architectures covering identity governance, lifecycle management, access certification, role management, SoD and policy management.\nLeading the architecture and design of Saviynt, SailPoint or Agentic Identity solutions, depending on your area of expertise.\nDesigning integrations with enterprise systems and SaaS platforms using REST APIs, SCIM or custom connectors.\nDesigning Agentic Identity solutions covering the governance, access and lifecycle management of AI agents and non-human identities.\nSupporting presales and project delivery, including Statements of Work, Detailed Level Designs, Implementation and Test Plans, and As-Built Documents.\nProviding technical leadership to Security Engineers and Analysts, acting as a point of escalation and ensuring solutions meet security, risk and compliance requirements.\nRequirements\nMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Security Architect, or 4+ years’ experience as a senior-level Security Engineer.\nStrong experience in at least one of the following areas: Saviynt, SailPoint or Agentic Identity.\nStrong knowledge of identity security architecture, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, SoD, access certification and governance.\nExperience designing enterprise identity solutions across on-premises, cloud and SaaS environments, including integrations and technical documentation.\nStrong consulting and communication skills, with experience leading client workshops and working with technical and executive stakeholders.\n\nHighly Desirable\nExperience across multiple identity technologies, including Saviynt, SailPoint, Agentic Identity, Entra ID, CyberArk and Okta.\nWorking knowledge of security and risk frameworks including E8, NIST, SABSA or ISO 27000 series.\nBenefits\nA great company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
