You will play a critical role in driving service excellence while supporting operational efficiency across the team.\nKey Responsibilities\n Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery\n Coordinate incidents, escalations, problems, and changes (ITIL-aligned)\n Produce monthly service reports, including SLA and performance metrics\n Lead and support internal improvement and automation initiatives\n Facilitate service review and business review meetings\n Coordinate resourcing and service requests across GSOC\n Provide administrative support including service boards, billing, and documentation\nRequirements\nEssential\n2-3+ years’ experience in service delivery or service management\nITIL v4 Foundation certified (or working towards it)\nStrong communication skills and stakeholder engagement ability\nHighly organised with excellent time management\nThrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment\nProactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused\nNice to Have\nExperience in cyber security or IT services environments\nExposure to enterprise clients and managed services\nFamiliarity with leading security technologies or vendors\nRelevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Security+ or vendor certs)\nExperience in customer success or agile project environments\nBenefits\nGreat company culture is very important to The Missing Link.
