Security:\nHands-on security work in production: you’ve fixed vulnerabilities, implemented authentication and authorization (OAuth, JWT, RBAC), or worked in a security, fraud or platform team.\nStrong knowledge of secure coding practices and the OWASP Top 10.\nSecurity work beyond your day job (CTFs, bug bounties, certifications, side projects) is a strong plus.\n3. Infrastructure:\nHands-on experience with AWS or a similar cloud, networking and production environments.\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and monitoring tools like New Relic or Datadog.\n4.
