Enterprise organization, team, repository, branch protection, and pull request standards.\nDevelop reusable CI/CD, repository, and Infrastructure as Code templates.\nSupport team onboarding through standardized intake processes, checklists, and technical guidance.\nImplement secure, governed Azure sandbox and non-production environments using automation and Infrastructure as Code.\nMaintain approved Terraform, Bicep, and related deployment patterns.\nAssist teams with adopting DevOps practices that meet security, governance, and change-management requirements.\nCreate technical documentation and ServiceNow knowledge articles.\nProvide training, consultation, and support for Azure DevOps and GitHub users.\nMonitor platform adoption, compliance, capacity, and improvement opportunities.\nWhat do you need for this role?\nAssociate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience.\nTwo or more years of DevOps platform administration or engineering experience.\nHands-on experience with Azure DevOps projects, repositories, permissions, and pipelines.\nWorking knowledge of GitHub Enterprise administration.\nFamiliarity with Terraform, Bicep, ARM, or similar Infrastructure as Code technologies.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, source control, branching, pull requests, approvals, and artifact management.\nStrong communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and collaboration
