This is a direct hire role for someone who wants to own automation from commissioning through serial production - not maintain what someone else built. The company manufactures vibration control components for major automotive OEMs and is investing in the technology and automation infrastructure that will define their next decade of production.\nWhat You Will Do\nYou will develop, validate, and optimize the integrated assembly process and automation sequence. You will own gantry, robotic, PLC/HMI, servo, sensor, vision, and AI-inspection system performance from commissioning through serial production. You will define and validate operating sequences, safety interlocks, error proofing, fault handling, manual recovery, and controlled restart modes. You will lead FAT, SAT, machine runoff, installation, commissioning, debug, Run@Rate, and production handover activities.
