With production ramping up over the next couple of years, this is a chance to join a new operation on the ground floor and help build the maintenance team you'll be part of for years to come.\nDONE WITH LIFE ON THE ROAD?\nThis is a permanent, local role. No chasing the next contract, no living out of a hotel. You'll work a predictable 4-on/4-off schedule, sleep in your own bed, and have half the year off to spend with family. We're looking for a seasoned technician who wants to settle in, take ownership of our crane fleet, and build a long-term career with one company.\nTHE ROLE\nAs a Senior Crane Technician, you'll keep the overhead and gantry cranes that move ladles, coils, and equipment throughout the mill safe and reliable.
