Our client produces fire-resistant insulation materials used in industrial ovens, paint lines, appliances, and oil rig fire suppression systems. They run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and are building out their permanent workforce now. We will consider applicants for both shifts -- candidates available for night shift will be prioritized for first interviews.\nWhat you will be doing\nYou will start at the end-of-line operation: packaging finished material, applying labels, staging product for shipping, and making sure everything leaving the line is correct and ready to go. You do not need manufacturing experience to start -- you need to be fast, attentive, and willing to learn. Strong performers advance quickly within the role.\nThe schedule\nDay shift runs 6AM to 6PM. Night shift runs 6PM to 6AM. Both are 12-hour rotating shifts. New hires train on day shift for two to three weeks before transitioning to their assigned shift. The rotation gives you one to two weekday days off built in each week for appointments and errands. One week you work 36 hours, the next you work 48. Overtime is built into the schedule, not optional.\nNight shift candidates will be contacted first. Day shift candidates will be contacted as openings are confirmed.\nWhat this pays\n$17.54 per hour base\n\nBuilt-in overtime every other week\n\nAttendance bonus of up to $800 per month for consistent, on-time workers -- effective hourly rate for reliable employees runs well above $20/hr\n\nCompany-provided PPE including FR gear and steel-toe boots (up to $115/year, two pairs)\n\nWhat we are looking for\nPhysically active and able to stay engaged for a full 12-hour shift\n\nReliable attendance -- the attendance bonus is real money and it rewards people who show up consistently\n\nComfortable working quickly in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment\n\nEnglish or Spanish speaking (our training materials are in both languages)\n\nWilling to commit to night shift after the training period\n\nClear background check required -- no theft history\n\nBe honest with yourself before applying\nThis is a hot, dusty environment. The material we manufacture is a ceramic fiber that can be itchy, and you will be required to wear long sleeves and long pants at all times. If you have sensitive skin or skin conditions like eczema, this role will be uncomfortable and is likely not the right fit. Our supervisors are experienced and direct.\nIf you have worked in food manufacturing, a warehouse, a foundry, or any fast-paced production environment and you know how to show up every day and push through, this is a stable, well-paying opportunity with a real advancement path.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2904,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"Spanish","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":[],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-15T02:24:24Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":37,"band":"fade","label":"Fading","p_open":1,"p_active":0.681,"p_room":0.55,"age_days":21,"expected_fill_days":21,"reasons":["conf:3","win:tail"],"computed_at":"2026-10-15T05:46:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/the-mural-group-production-associate-2","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/the-mural-group-production-associate-2.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-15T10:04:05Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":15168,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-16T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":4418118},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=4418118"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fthe-mural-group-production-associate-2"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fthe-mural-group-production-associate-2"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fthe-mural-group-production-associate-2"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/the-mural-group-production-associate-2\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fthe-mural-group-production-associate-2"}]}
