Emphasizing efficiency, this role proactively provides data analysis and reporting, ensures data accuracy, develops efficient workflows, provides documentation support and best practices for donor and membership information management.\nKey responsibilities encompass optimizing the Development team’s administrative use of Tessitura, which is The Museum’s chosen CRM system, managing donation entry and acknowledgement processes; creating regular and ad hoc reports to The Museum’s Development department. The Fundraising Analytics Manager must be highly analytical and detail-oriented, and preferably have a solid understanding of fundraising and / or membership fundamentals. This is a full-time, regular position that reports directly to the CRM Senior Manager.\nDevelopment Operations & Collaboration\nAssist coordinate fundraising materials and donor communications, such as acknowledgments, appeals, proposals, and invitations.\nSupport the identification of prospective donors and conduct related research.\nCollaborate with the Chief Development Officer and other Senior Team members on fundraising initiatives.\nProvide cross-functional system support, training and related procedural materials for the Development team as needed.\nAnticipate and plan for the department’s future system-related needs.\nData Management\nMaintain consistent and accurate entry of member and donor information in The Museum’s CRM system (Tessitura) including personal contact information, pledges and plans for developing and engaging prospective donors.\nCreate and maintain membership and donor, mailing, and email lists for communications and fundraising campaigns.\nDevelop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nGift Processing & Financial Reconciliation\nOversee and process all donations in Tessitura, ensuring accurate gift entry and timely acknowledgements.\nCollaborate with the CDO and Finance to reconcile donations and produce monthly financial reports.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and financial procedures.\nReporting & Data Analysis\nDesign and deliver regular and custom reports, and providing analytics and related commentary to support fundraising and membership strategy and decision-making.\nEstablish and manage a process for report requests, proactively developing reports to meet evolving departmental needs.\nAnalyze donor data and external information to identify prospective supporters.\nBuild and maintain analytics dashboards.\nProfessional Standards & Engagement\nMaintain strict confidentiality of donor and organizational information.\nWork collaboratively across departments to ensure cohesive communication and workflows.\nDemonstrate strong interpersonal skills and commitment to the Museum’s mission.\nServe as an active and engaged member of the assigned project groups.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications, Experience and Skills\nMinimum of three years’ experience within non-profit fundraising data or data analytics, report design and creation, and data administration (with museum, non-profit or cultural institution experience preferred).\nExperience working with CRM systems; Tessitura experience strongly preferred.\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.\nExpert in MS Excel, proficient in Microsoft Office suite.\nExperience in writing SOPs.\nAbility to work and deliver to tight deadlines. \nDesired Skills and Competencies\nProven ability to prioritize competing deadlines both individually and as part of a team.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nAttention to detail, with strong critical thinking skills.\nProject management skills and experience.\nWorking Conditions \nTypical working week is Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, with occasional variances as needed to achieve delivery deadlines.
