Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reusable test automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.\n\n- Create and execute automated test scripts for functional, regression, integration, and API testing.\n\n- Develop test scenarios and automation scripts using Java and Python.\n\n- Perform REST API testing to validate application functionality, data integrity, and system integrations.\n\n- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.\n\n- Collaborate with development, product, and QA teams to understand requirements and define testable acceptance criteria.\n\n- Implement automation best practices, including Page Object Model, data-driven testing, parallel execution, and reusable test components.\n\n- Identify, document, track, and troubleshoot defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.\n\n- Monitor test execution results and quality metrics, including pass/fail rates, test coverage, flaky tests, and defect escape rates.\n\n- Conduct code reviews, optimize automation scripts, and improve test execution efficiency.\n\n- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, test planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\n- Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to automation standards and quality engineering practices.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n- Strong experience in QA automation and automated testing of web applications and APIs.\n\n- Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, or Playwright.\n\n- Proficiency in Java and/or Python for test automation development.\n\n- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, REST API testing, and automation framework design.\n\n- Strong understanding of Page Object Model, test data management, and reusable automation components.\n\n- Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.\n\n- Knowledge of functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.\n\n- Experience with defect tracking, test reporting, and quality metrics.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.\n\nPreferred Skills :\n\n- Experience with Appium for mobile application automation.\n\n- Familiarity with TestRail, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.\n\n- Knowledge of advanced JUnit or TestNG features and parallel test execution.\n\n- Experience leading
