experiences while achieving sales and revenue goals.\nDrive sales through personalized service, outfit building, and suggestive selling to maximize average order value and overall revenue.\nMonitor product sell-through, maintain strong merchandising standards, and replenish the sales floor as needed.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store that reflects The Normal Brand’s standards.\nEducate and train team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement.\nSupport the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in executing store initiatives, clean, and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.\nEnsure the store is properly secured by following all opening, closing, and security procedures.\nTake ownership of daily store
