Through our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges, we have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, Earthshot Prize winners, and nationally recognized changemakers.\nFounded with the support of 130+ eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates, and 15+ foundations, The/Nudge is working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime.\nWhat are we solving for ?\nWe are solving for households in poverty who are also financially and socially vulnerable through a targeted, multi-faceted, and sequenced model called the graduation approach, which has demonstrated that we can durably pull households out of poverty.\nAt The/Nudge, we are in the process of catalysing the propagation of the same.\nOur purpose is to contribute to making the most excluded individuals a contributing member to the economy:\nEnable govt to adopt by providing research, design, and implementation support\nContinue to implement on its own to iterate the design for impact at scale\nEnable more NGOs to adopt technical and capacity-building support\nContinue to generate data on poverty and evidence on graduation approach to nudge governments to adopt at-scale\nBuild technology solutions for NGOs and governments to adopt and implement at scale & with quality.\nPosition Overview:\nThe/Nudge is working with the Assam State Rural Livelihoods Mission (ASRLM), Government of Assam, to help increase adoption of the graduation approach/ economic inclusion program by targeting 14000 multidimensionally poor households through community institutions. As part of this effort, a State Project Management Unit (SPMU) is set up at ASRLM, Guwahati, to help the Government of Assam to implement the Samaveshi Aajeevika Yojana (SAY). This position is for the SPMU at Guwahati, ASRLM and will report to the State Lead, Assam Economic Inclusion Program.\nThe position will focus on strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems, ensuring data quality and process integrity, and generating evidence-based insights to improve the implementation of graduation approach and its outcomes. It will contribute to building robust data systems, enabling learning loops, and supporting data-driven decision-making across program districts and blocks.\nWhat will you do?\nTrack key outcome indicators and ensure adherence to monitoring frameworks, reporting formats, and timelines.\nAnalyze field-level and MIS data to identify trends, performance gaps, and implementation challenges, and recommend corrective actions.\nGenerate analytical reports and actionable insights to inform program strategy, decision-making, and operational improvements.\nCoordinate and maintain data tracking systems, dashboards, and reporting tools using appropriate data visualization platforms.\nDesign training materials in coordination with SPMU.\nCoordinate routine monitoring and reporting processes and support improvements in the program’s MIS and digital data collection systems.\nCollaborate with ASRLM state, district, and block teams to strengthen monitoring systems and document program learnings, best practices, and knowledge products for scale-up.\nCoordinate evaluation and learning studies for quality assurance in program implementation.\nDevelop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and user guides for MIS and app-based programme monitoring applications, defining user roles and procedures for data entry, validation, reporting and issue resolution.\nWho are we looking for in this role?\nHolder of a Graduate or higher Degree in IT / Computer Science / and related field.\nMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in tech product - roll-out and coordination for its adoption and resolving issues with field teams and community cadre / Changemakers.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in bulk data analysis and visualization tools.\nProficiency in report writing, designing training materials, digital data collection systems and data management platforms.\nAbility to multi-task, should be a good team player, conversant with analytical skills, qualitative and quantitative research and presentation skills.\nHighly detail-oriented, with strong organizational and execution capabilities.\nProactive mindset with an interest in system strengthening, process improvement, and automation.\nWillingness to travel extensively in the desired blocks/field areas that come under the project districts.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nOwn your growth: An impact-led learning environment encourages Nudgesters to invest in their learning and capacity building needs through initiatives and policies, including L&D wallet, individual development plan and internal role change opportunities.\nFind your tribe: Our hiring philosophy emphasizes intent, attitude, smarts and skills, in that order, to build a cohesive environment for Nudgesters.
