Through our incubator, accelerator, and grand challenges, we have supported 200+ social entrepreneurs, including Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, Earthshot Prize winners, and nationally recognized changemakers.\nFounded with the support of 130+ eminent philanthropists, 40+ corporates, and 15+ foundations, The/Nudge is working towards a poverty-free India, within our lifetime.\nWhat are we solving for?\nWe are solving for households in poverty who are also financially and socially vulnerable through a targeted, multi-faceted, and sequenced model called the graduation approach, which has demonstrated that we can durably pull households out of poverty.\nAt The/Nudge Institute, we have been piloting this program for the past 3 years and are now scaling it across multiple states. Our purpose is to enable the most excluded individuals to become contributing members of the economy. We will :\nEnable the government to adopt by providing research, design, and implementation support\nContinue to iterate on the program design to create impact at scale through our own implementation efforts\nSupport more NGOs in adopting the graduation approach by offering technical expertise and capacity building\nBuild evidence on the graduation approach to nudge governments to adopt at scale\nDevelop technology solutions that enable NGOs and governments to adopt and implement the program at scale and with quality\nAbout the role :\nThis position is for the State Program Management Unit (SPMU) at Jaipur, anchored within RGAVP, for the Samaveshi Aajeevika Yojana (RJ-SAY), which is a Graduation Approach program for Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) households in Rajasthan.\nWhat will you do ?\nProvide leadership to The/Nudge's SPMU efforts in Rajasthan and build a strong, credible presence for The/Nudge with RGAVP and the state government\nLead all operations and program delivery for RJ-SAY, and work with all stakeholders, especially the Government, to scale up the program\nWork closely with RGAVP and other relevant departments to ensure budgets are released on time so field operations run smoothly\nEnsure 100% adherence to statutory compliances, reporting and documentation as prescribed by the Government and The/Nudge\nSupport RGAVP in the research and development of a strategy and program design to reach ultra-poor and PVTG households through the Graduation Approach / Economic Inclusion Program, built on top of community institutions enabled by Rajeevika / DAY-NRLM\nSupport RGAVP in planning activities, orienting teams on them and implementing them regularly, with proper monitoring\nSupport RGAVP in implementing action research on the Graduation Approach through the RJ-SAY special project, based on the strategy and design developed with key stakeholders\nOversee field implementation across program blocks (currently Kishanganj, Shahbad, Pindwara and Todabhim), including Small Group formation, SHG inclusion, livelihood training, entitlements mapping and adherence to the Package of Practices (POP)\nEnable convergence of state initiatives (social security, livelihood promotion, financial inclusion, social empowerment) toward the goal of graduating women and their households out of ultra-poverty\nOwn the implementation and outcomes of the special project, including participant retention and progress against graduation milestones\nSupport RGAVP and DAY-NRLM in reviewing the progress of the special project periodically so it can be improved and scaled\nSupport the mission in using data and technology to keep a continuous flow of reliable data from the field\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at RGAVP, including the State Mission Director's office, so the special project succeeds\nBuild relationships with key government departments (including Tribal Area Development and district administrations) and support the adoption of strategies targeting the ultra-poor\nLead the learning and development of the state and field team working on this program.\nWe aspire to be an inclusive
