High performance starts with you.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nExperience in project engineering, production planning or operations within a high-performance manufacturing environment.\nStrong understanding of manufacturing processes in low-volume, high-complexity environments, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and bill of materials data.\nExperience using planning systems, data management tools and digital solutions to support effective programme delivery.\nStrong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to demanding deadlines.\nAbility to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders across functions; experience within motorsport, high-precision manufacturing or continuous improvement environments would be advantageous.\nPersonal Attributes\nHighly organised, proactive and solution-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.\nCalm and resilient under pressure, using sound judgement to make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.\nStrong communicator who builds collaborative relationships and works effectively across teams.\nAdaptable and flexible, responding positively to changing priorities and time-critical delivery requirements.\nCommitted to continuous improvement, team success and supporting the development of others.\nAdditional Information\nSuccess in racing comes from bringing together talented people with different skills, perspectives and experiences.
