High performance starts with you.\nQualifications\nWhat You'll Bring\nExtensive quality engineering experience, supported by a degree in production engineering, mechanical engineering or an equivalent qualification.\nStrong technical problem-solving and auditing skills, with knowledge of FMEA, process mapping and structured quality improvement techniques.\nA Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt qualification.\nIn-depth knowledge of carbon fibre and metallic manufacturing processes, together with a thorough understanding of metrology techniques and terminology.\nGood working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nPersonal Attributes\nA proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams and the supply chain.\nClear and effective communication skills, with the confidence to raise quality concerns and support timely decision-making.\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise performance-critical work.\nThe resilience and composure to perform effectively under pressure.\nA continuous improvement mindset, with the accountability, energy and determination to help set the standard for high performance.\nAdditional Information\nSuccess in racing comes from bringing together talented people with different skills, perspectives and experiences.
