If you’re excited about working in a dynamic and creative environment that promotes personal and professional growth, we want to talk to you!\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nFacility & Operations Management\nOperational oversight of physical space (cleanliness, safety, readiness) \nIssue identification, reporting, and follow-through \nVendor and resource coordination \nEvent & Program Management\nCoaching of fitness classes and social events\nEvent scheduling and logistics coordination \nOversight of quality and safety standards \nPerformance tracking (attendance, quality scores, KPIs) \nVolunteer Recruitment and Engagement\nRecruitment and pipeline development (with diversity focus) \nOnboarding and compliance (background checks, training, documentation) \nVolunteer training\nExtensive ongoing volunteer engagement\nDatabase/CRM management (Salesforce tracking, record accuracy) \nRetention strategy\nStakeholder and Partnership Management\nCommunity-building with the greater Philadelphia community, including SUD treatment centers\nTours of community center as needed for donors, government officials, and media outlets\nRelationship cultivation with vendors and contractors\nAttendance at offsite events as needed\nQUALIFICATIONS \n\n3+ years of relevant work or volunteer experience (facility management, volunteer management, program management, leadership, etc.)\nTechnology proficiency and strong written and verbal communication skills\nFitness certification, preferably in CrossFit, strength training or other gym-based fitness discipline\nExperience leading engaging fitness and social events for all levels\nDemonstrated local ties to Philadelphia, preferrable with at least one year of residence\nReliable transportation and willingness to drive throughout the Philadelphia area as needed\nAbility to work onsite full-time, including some weekends and evenings.
