You’ll be the primary point of contact for the client, the operational lead\nfor the delivery team, and the person responsible for translating between business\nintent and technical execution.\nWhat you’ll do\nClient ownership.Serve as the primary client contact by managing relationships, expectations, and commercial scope with senior stakeholders in Japanese and English.\nDelivery leadership.Run project planning, staffing, budgets, risk, and quality across multi-disciplinary teams (engineering, QA, product, design).\nRequirements and process.Lead requirements gathering by translating client business needs into clear, actionable specifications for the delivery team.\nTechnical judgment.Make and defend technical trade-offs at a level sufficient to collaborate with architects and senior engineers.\nStakeholder communication.Maintain alignment across both client and internal leadership.\nWhat we’re looking for\nRequirements\nTechnical foundation-Background in computer science, engineering, or proven hands-on technical work.
