We’re looking for someone with practical HR knowledge, strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with clients.
Day to Day
- Understanding each client’s business, challenges and HR requirements.
- Advising clients on HR documentation and employment-related queries.
- Drafting bespoke HR documentation, including contracts, policies and handbooks.
- Keeping up to date with changes in employment legislation and best practice.
- Managing your own workload to meet agreed KPIs, SLAs and deadlines.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients through every interaction.
- Supporting existing clients with ongoing HR queries and documentation.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce relevant HR products and services.
YOU?
- Practical HR experience and a basic understanding of employment legislation.
- Someone confident communicating with clients and building rapport quickly.
- Strong written skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to research and interpret HR legislation quickly.
This is a role where you’ll be trusted to take ownership, work directly with clients and develop your HR knowledge from day one.
